The following are available with all cuts:

  • Steaks - Ribeyes, T-bones, Sirloins, Round

  • Roasts - Sirloin Tip, Chuck, Arm, Rump

  • Ground Burger (can be packaged in 1lb, 1.5lb or 2lb packages as well as pre-made patties)

  • Can Request Ribs, Brisket, Stew Meat, Soup Bones, Liver, Heart, Tongue

  • Can customize the packaging for: number of steaks in a package, steak thickness, etc.

  • 8-9 roasts (2-3 lbs each)

  • 9 ribsteaks (3/4 inch thick)

  • 9 T-bone Steaks (3/4 inch thick)

  • 4 sirloins (3/4 inch thick)

  • 4 round steaks (3/4 inch thick)

  • 2 short ribs (4 lbs each)

  • 3 packs of soup bones

  • 1 brisket (5 lbs)

    • Only 1 available per half cow

  • 30 packs of hamburger (1 lb each)
